Overview
Mastercard is a technology company in the general payments business, we operate the world’s fastest payments processing network, connecting consumer, financial institutions, merchants, governments, and businesses in more than 210 countries and territories.
Product Delivery Engagement works across Latin America and the Caribbean to help bring new products to market, performs product readiness assessments, and manage pilots and special projects across the entire region.
We also partner with our product and delivery colleagues to provide support and provide subject matter expertise where necessary.
The position is based in Sao Paulo Brasil and reports into the Product Delivery Engagement organization.
Role
• Executes project initiatives and develops quantitative/qualitative reports
• Responsible for alignment across own project work stream(s) to ensure accurate dependencies are identified and integrated
• Assist in the analysis of market readiness and escalates issues
• Assesses and documents customer needs and impact of implementation on business and technical processes
• Provides input on how to enhance infrastructure and tools to support customer implementation
• Defines and documents standard and non-standard customer implementation processes
• Leads assigned product delivery projects to ensure contractual objectives, delivery on-time and revenue goals are met
• Acts as central point of contact for customer
