About the Role
As a Monitoring Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest quality standards across our negotiation and customer service processes. You will analyze performance data, provide constructive feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with multicultural teams to ensure an outstanding experience for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats.
✅ Analyze quality metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
✅ Deliver coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance.
✅ Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
✅ Maintain accurate reports and documentation of quality assessments.
✅ Support international operations in a multicultural environment.
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Monitoring, Auditing, or related roles.
✔ Fluency in Spanish and English, C1 (spoken and written).
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
