? Senior Associate, Planning

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Planning with experience in media, advertising or digital marketing agencies to play a key role in the end-to-end media planning process.
In this role, you'll develop, execute, and optimize cross-channel media plans by translating audience insights, market intelligence, and business objectives into impactful media recommendations. You'll manage campaign budgets, monitor performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful media campaigns for general clients.

⭐ Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and optimize cross-channel media plans aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Translate client briefs, audience insights, market intelligence, and competitive trends into strategic media recommendations.
• Maintain media planning documentation, including media plans, flowcharts, budget trackers, and planning materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare media plans, planning rationales, client presentations, and campaign updates.
• Manage campaign budgets,



purchase orders (POs), billing activities, reconciliation processes, and investment updates with accuracy.
• Analyze audience data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor campaign execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

? Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media planning or media buying, preferably within a media, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
• Experience developing and executing cross-channel media plans.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, purchase orders (POs), billing, reconciliation, and investment updates.
