About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage UK and US customer accounts, drive collections, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. This role is key to improving cash flow, reducing overdue balances, and building strong customer relationships in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management: Manage a portfolio of UK and US customer accounts, monitor payment status, and maintain accurate account records.
• Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices via email and phone, negotiate payment plans, and escalate delinquent accounts when necessary.
• Cash Application & Reconciliation: Match incoming payments to invoices, investigate unapplied cash, and resolve payment discrepancies.




• Billing & Dispute Resolution: Investigate billing issues, resolve customer disputes, and coordinate with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
• Account Risk & Reporting: Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify high-risk accounts, and track collection performance against established KPIs.
• Process Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to improving accounts receivable processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance role.
• Experience managing customer accounts and handling collections activities.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, aging reports, reconciliations, and collection strategies.
• English proficiency is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP and CRM pl
