Slalom’s Solution Owners are lead‑from‑the‑front technology and Agile delivery experts dedicated to their projects and clients. We partner with clients to translate requirements into actionable user stories and lead cross‑capability development teams to deliver working products on time and on budget. We work within high‑velocity software engineering teams, bringing expertise in Agile software delivery. Solution Owners are passionate,
versátil Agile experts who continually practice and hone their craft.
What You’ll Do
As an Architect‑level Solution Owner, you’ll be the project expert in Agile software delivery. You’ll lead large development pods, either as a stand‑alone team or as a single workstream within a multi‑workstream program. Core responsibilities include:
• Defining and managing project governance (e.g., establishing cadence, leading Scrum ceremonies).
• Working closely with Product Owners to define the product, identify requirements, and write user stories that are easily consumed by engineering teams.
• Leading delivery teams, managing issues and risks, facilitating meetings, and providing clear project status updates.
• Collaborating with engineering leaders, including Solution Architects, to validate the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables.
• Preparing and delivering client‑facing presentations and artifacts.
