Each agent is built around the client's own workflow to capture missed opportunities, win back lost revenue, and save the team hours every week. Our clients are owner-led companies with more than $3 million in annual revenue. We're looking for ambitious sellers in Colombia who want to grow with a company at the front of AI and build the skills that will define the future of sales.

The role

You'll lead the sales process from first conversation to signed deal, working directly with US business owners ready to grow with AI. Every lead is warm: these are owners who have already replied and want to talk. There is no cold calling.

• Respond to and qualify interest from US business owners
• Lead sales conversations in English with executives and owners
• Close deals, first alongside our founder, then on your own
• Manage follow-up and keep our pipeline organized





What you'll get

• Pay: $600–$1,400 USD/month base depending on experience, plus 10–20% commission on every closed deal (uncapped), paid monthly in USD
• A clear path: promotion to Senior Sales Executive based on results, with a higher base and commission
• Real AI skills: hands-on training in the AI tools and agents we build and sell to US companies
• Direct mentorship: weekly call coaching from our founder, who has 20+ years in private equity and investment banking

Who you are

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally B2B or selling to business owners. Experience selling in English or to US clients is a plus.
• C1+ English and confident speaking with senior executives
• Coachable, organized and competitive
• Excited to build a career in AI
