They generate patients for their clients through Meta advertising, organic content, and on-site production days.

What you will do:

We're looking for a highly capable Operations & Client Success Manager who can help lead these systems from strategy through execution.



This is not a traditional operations or account management role.
We're looking for someone who understands marketing, sales, systems, people, and execution and can bring all of those pieces together to produce measurable results for our clients. You should be equally comfortable discussing strategy with a client, analyzing campaign performance, troubleshooting a CRM workflow, and building a process for the internal team to follow.

What You'll Own
Paid Media
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign strategy, targeting, creative testing, tracking, optimization, and performance analysis. Understand metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, appointments, and revenue.
