Built is hiring a Business Immigration Paralegal for a full-time, fully remote opportunity supporting business immigration matters.

This role is idóneo for someone with a strong foundation in business immigration who is detail-oriented, highly organized, an excellent writer, and comfortable managing a high volume of cases in a fast-paced legal environment. The Business Immigration Paralegal will support employer-sponsored nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, PERM labor certification applications, client and foreign national communication, case tracking, filing preparation, and compliance documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of business immigration paralegal experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have at least 2–3+ years of hands-on experience preparing and filing major nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-2, as well as experience with PERM labor certification applications. Experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 matters is highly valued when available.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed monthly individual case filing goals.




• Work with clients to perform case intake, troubleshoot issues, and support case strategy.
• Analyze case documents and prepare business immigration applications and petitions for filing with the appropriate government agency.
• Prepare and file major nonimmigrant visa petitions, including but not limited to:
• H-1B
• L-1
• TN
• E-2
• E-3
• O-1
• Other employer-sponsored NIV matters
• Support PERM labor certification applications, including document collection, case preparation, tracking, and filing support.
• Support employment-based immigrant visa matters, including:
• EB-1A
• EB-1C
• EB-2
• EB-2 NIW
• EB-3
• Draft petitions, applications, forms, and support letters detailing eligibility for visa classifications and other immigration benefits.
• Handle Request for Evidence responses, including document gathering, organization, and response preparation support.
• Communicate regularl
