About the Role
We are looking for a Director, Commercial Finance (Revenue & GTM) to partner with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership, connecting financial insights with commercial strategy to support business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build financial models and analyze revenue performance, pipeline, and forecast variances.
• Partner with Sales leaders on commercial planning, pricing, productivity, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Accounting, and Billing on revenue and commissions reporting.
• Present actionable financial insights to business and finance leadership.




• Lead and develop one direct report while identifying opportunities to improve reporting and analysis through automation and AI tools.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, including experience in Commercial Finance or GTM-focused finance.
• Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional finance teams.
• Leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members.
• Advanced English (C1) and professional Spanish proficiency, spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
