Accounting Assistant

Hourly Rate: $15.50–$21 USD/hour

Part-Time Monthly Rate: $1,240–$1,680 (20 hours/week)
Full-Time Monthly Rate: $2,480–$3,360 (40 hours/week)

About the role:

Support a U.S.-based environmental home services company with accounts receivable, payment tracking, invoicing, client communication, and administrative operations. Help maintain accurate financial records, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor accounts receivable emails and voicemails, responding to payment-related inquiries
• Track outstanding invoices, payments, and billing information using spreadsheets and internal reports
• Follow up with insurance carriers and clients regarding pending payments and invoice statuses
• Organize checks,



electronic payment records, invoices, and inspection documents
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable notes, payment histories, and follow-up records
• Prepare weekly billing communications and assist with resolving payment discrepancies
• Support administrative tasks and ensure payment documentation is complete and properly filed

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in administrative support, accounts receivable, billing, or similar roles
• English C1+ and fluent Spanish
• Basic understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable processes
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and insurance companies
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, business software, and digital documentation
• Ability to follow established procedures and man
