Inflight Solutions - Full Stack Engineer
Description
Hands-on individual contributor role focused on building and scaling platforms, internal systems, automation tools, and interactive web applications for luxury real estate marketing.
You’ll own features end to end — backend services, APIs, integrations, frontend, and production deployment — while working alongside engineering, product, automation, AI, and operations.
This is explicitly not a lead or management position: no team management or company-wide architecture ownership. We’re looking for someone who can understand an existing architecture, ask the right questions, propose solutions, and ship without detailed hand-holding.
Must Have
• 4+ years of professional full stack experience
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript
• Node.js backend; NestJS preferred
• Python — enough to work with Python-based services and integrations
• React
• REST API design and consumption
• PostgreSQL
• Cloud applications; AWS preferred
• Docker and modern development/deployment workflows
• Good understanding of architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
• Strong debugging skills, independent ownership, and good communication
• Genuine interest in AI and comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or similar
Nice to Have
• Jenkins
• MongoDB and relational/non-relational database fundamentals
• LLM, AI API, computer vision, or intelligent automation integrations
• Event-driven systems: queues, workers, and asynchronous processing
• Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL/WebGPU, or interactive 3D
• Media, image, video, or large digital asset processing pipelines
• Realtime applications and WebSockets
• Next.js
• Kubernetes / Terraform
• Startup or fast-growth environment experience
• Zero-to-production track record
