Every multifamily tower and commercial building depends on water, sanitary, and storm systems that work flawlessly and that nobody notices. We’re looking for a Civil Engineer who takes pride in designing exactly that.

At The Workforce Partners, you’ll design plumbing systems for U.S. projects, many of them in New York, working side by side with senior engineers who will invest in your growth.

What you’ll do
? Design plumbing systems (hot/cold water, sanitary, storm and vent) for multifamily and commercial buildings
? Develop and coordinate plumbing models in AutoCAD and Revit
? Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, and MEP trades
? Participate in BIM coordination, project meetings, and design reviews
? Prepare civil site plans: contour grading, buried utility location, dimensioning, slopes, and cut and fill calculations

What you bring
✅ Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
✅ 1+ year of experience designing plumbing systems for buildings




✅ Hands-on AutoCAD and Revit skills
✅ Working knowledge of plumbing codes, NFPA standards, and engineering design principles
✅ English at B2–C1 level, written and spoken
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset
⭐ Big plus: experience with New York projects and NYC codes
