Payroll Accounting Assistant / Auxiliar Contable de Nómina
Support the consolidation, registration, and verification of payroll accounting operational data in accordance with area procedures, internal policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs),



ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information required for reconciliation, reporting, and accrual activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of payroll month-end closing through the operational recording of journal entries, reclassifications, and adjustments requested by the team, ensuring timely data entry into the system.
• Support the identification and preliminary verification of accounting discrepancies in payroll accounts, formally reporting them to the responsible analyst or specialist for resolution and adjustment.
• Perform operational clearing and cleanup of open and overdue items in assigned accounting accounts, requesting supporting documentation from relevant areas and following up for proper reconciliation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process monitoring, and perform other duties related to the nature of the position as assigned by the direct
