Who You Are:
• You're a quality-driven professional who knows how to identify what makes a sales interaction effective. With at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales quality assurance, including 6 months in ad sales or digital marketing, you understand how to audit commercial conversations, evaluate compliance with quality standards, and identify opportunities to improve the sales process.
• You bring strong analytical and communication skills to review interactions, contribute to calibration sessions, and deliver actionable feedback to commercial teams. Your ability to recognize recurring trends and performance gaps helps reinforce best practices, improve consultative selling, and ensure a consistent experience for advertisers.
