Role Description The Business Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in Medellín, with a combination of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports day-to-day business operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.



The Business Assistant will handle client-facing communications, assist with customer service inquiries, and help ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing operational data, supporting business projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, trading-focused environment.

Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
