At SCI General, we help fleets around the world manage every drop of fuel with smart hardware and software. Now we’re looking for a Help Desk Agent to keep our technology environment stable, our team productive, and our users happy. ⛽?
? Remote (Colombia), EST-aligned
? Full-time · Mon–Fri.

? What you’ll do
✅ Provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software (Google Workspace, Windows/macOS/iOS, iPads, printers, peripherals)
✅ Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets with clear traceability from intake to closure
✅ Escalate complex issues to Development and Hardware teams with clear context
✅ Manage user accounts, equipment provisioning, and asset tracking
✅ Test hardware and software products
✅ Build and share knowledge base articles and procedures

? What we’re looking for
? 2+ years in Help Desk, IT Support, or a similar role




? Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s in IT preferred)
? English B2+ (mandatory) and Spanish
? Experience with Zoho Desk or similar ticketing tools
? Knowledge of (or quick to learn): SQL, MDM, VPN, RDP
? Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban) and Azure DevOps
? Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and a great team player

⭐ Bonus: JavaScript/HTML/CSS, Oil & Fuel industry experience, accessibility and security compliance knowledge
