We're bootstrapped. No VC money yet. We pay in dollars ($1,800–3,500/mo), revenue share + equity after a year, and you work directly with me and our CTO. That's the deal.

What we're building: the AI sales force for industrial distributors in Latin America. Reps here sell on WhatsApp, and none of the software was built for that. We're changing it.

Where we are: the quoting agent is already built and running with one of Mexico's leading industrial printing distributors. A customer sends a voice note, a priced quote comes back from SAP. A North American distributor is next.

Your job: take it from one customer to ten. Payments checked with Banxico, orders released, the platform we'll use to launch every new customer.



It's a lot of surface area for one person, which is the point.

No ping-pong table. No culture deck. Real customers, real problems, and two founders building next to you.

Our culture is to show, don't tell: travel & on-sites are key as we pride ourselves in having everyone be customer centric.

We care whether you've shipped things nobody asked you for, whether you'd rather call the customer than wait for a spec, and whether "that's not my job" is a sentence you've never said.
