The Role:
We’re seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates for business coaching opportunities. This role focuses on building and maintaining an active pipeline through LinkedIn Recruiter, personalized outreach, and effective follow-up strategies.
You’ll play a key role in connecting qualified candidates with the appropriate business coaches, nurturing professional relationships, and coordinating appointments to support successful placements. Through consistent communication, strong research skills, and organized pipeline management,



you’ll help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the engagement process.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Salary: $3,950,000 COP
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and advanced candidate sourcing strategies. Excellent written English, professional communication, follow-up, organization, and pipeline management skills. Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Business Suite, and Google Business Suite is prefe
