Are you passionate about building innovative HR technology solutions that impact a global workforce? We're looking for a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and evolution of our Core HCM platform.
Location (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office):
• Medellín, Colombia
What you'll do:
• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Core HCM platform.
• Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and HRIS teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, features, and epics using Agile methodologies.
• Prioritize initiatives while collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within HCM or HR Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms.
• Strong Agile experience, including backlog and business requirement management.
• Experience working with UX/Design teams.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR SaaS solutions.
• HR or HRIS background.
• Working knowledge of Azure.
• Experience in high-volume or BPO environments is a plus.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
