We are looking for a results-driven Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our membership platform, accelerate product growth, and transform the customer experience through data-driven product strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The OpportunityThis is not a traditional project management or software delivery role.
We are looking for a hands-on product leader who understands how to build, launch, scale, and monetize consumer digital products, particularly subscription or membership-based platforms.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the SmarterHome.AI membership experience, from product strategy and user activation to engagement, retention,



and revenue growth.
You will work directly with executive leadership and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams across Colombia, the United States, and Pakistan.
Your initial priority will be SmarterHome.AI, with additional responsibility for SmarterBusiness.AI as a complementary product built on shared technology infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Ownership
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of the SmarterHome.AI membership platform.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business impact, and measurable KPIs.
• Lead the evolution of the consumer app experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, compelling benefits, and continuous engagement.
• Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product improvements.
