About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio & Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO). This strategic leadership role is responsible for managing the end-to-end IT demand pipeline, portfolio visibility, sprint planning, governance processes, and executive reporting across the organization.





The adecuado candidate is an experienced IT delivery professional who excels at balancing priorities, influencing stakeholders at all levels, facilitating Agile processes, and driving transparency across complex technology initiatives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to align business objectives with delivery execution.

Responsibilities

Portfolio & Demand Management
• Own and manage the IT demand intake process from request submission through prioritization and resource allocation.
• Maintain and continuously update a single ranked portfolio pipeline across all initiatives.
• Lead monthly prioritization exercises based on business value, urgency, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project initiation activities and ensure teams have the necessary context, goals, stakeholders, and constraints before execution.
