At Generation, we believe in the power of employment to change lives. We are a general nonprofit organization that supports adults to achieve economic mobility through employment. Generation trains and places adult learners of all ages into careers that are otherwise inaccessible, working in partnership with governments, employers, and other system actors. JOB OBJECTIVES
The Mobilization and Program Assistant will support the execution of learner recruitment and selection processes and deliver assigned operational support activities related to the training of Generation Colombia programs.
- This is a 6-Months fixed-term hire with possibility of extension based on performance and confirmed funding
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make follow-up calls to applicants to ensure their progress in the process and address any questions regarding their application
- Respond to both personal and Generation Colombia emails, resolving inquiries directly or escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Support the selection of participants, including profile review, coordination, and conducting interviews according to established criteria.
- Document each applicant’s status and progress in an organized and accurate manner using designated platforms and tools.
