We're seeking a Chief Operations & Process Specialist / Staffing Operations Specialist to bring order, transparency, and streamlined execution to staffing and resource functions across Latin America. If untangling complicated scenarios, converting uncertainty into structured frameworks, and building reliable workforce systems excites you, this role fits.

Responsibilities

- Design and refine workflow systems tied to staffing and supply duties, including bench oversight and talent utilization
- Investigate shifting, intricate operational flows to spot inefficiencies and craft practical remedies
- Produce thorough documentation while establishing repeatable, scalable methods for teams to follow
- Align stakeholders so that everyday staffing and operational tasks run consistently and dependably throughout LATAM
- Assist with regional staffing needs and resolve escalated staffing concerns
- Lead initiatives independently, owning operational improvements from start to finish
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to agree on priorities and shape joint solutions

Requirements





- Minimum of 3 years working inside a technology-focused organization is strongly preferred
- Fluency at a native level in Spanish, paired with solid professional English skills for workplace interactions
- Knack for organized reasoning combined with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with uncertainty, along with talent for converting messy, unstructured details into coherent, actionable workflows
- Genuine enthusiasm for process design and restoring order amid disorder
- Exceptional organizational capability paired with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starting attitude and willingness to take charge and push projects forward
- Comfort operating solo within a quickly shifting, unpredictable workplace
- Solid interpersonal communication skills enabling smooth teamwork with various stakeholders
