Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Design Systems Lead to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from a brand and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable build pipeline.
You will work across several client brands at once, maintaining rigorous structure while delivering consistent, scalable design systems in a remote LATAM setting with overlap to US business hours.
