Lawn Starter seeks a Principal Quality Engineer to own the quality strategy and tooling across the engineering org. You will drive AI-native testing capabilities, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with EMs to elevate overall software quality.
You will not manage day-to-day tickets but will shape standards, establish effective gates, and push the state of quality engineering forward as the organization scales. This is a remote, international role with strong collaboration across teams.
