Your MissionsGeneral Overview of the Job:

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A; & Business Controlling Specialist supports financial planning, performance management, and business decision-making, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Ceva Group standards.

The role acts as a Finance Business Partner, providing financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting business profitability and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions

- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting,



and monthly closing activities in alignment with Ceva Group standards and timelines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L;, profitability, operating expenses, and working capital.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to support business objectives.
- Support monthly Business Reviews, providing relevant financial insights and analysis.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Business Units, collaborating with commercial and operational teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure accurate financial information and reporting within ERP systems, in compliance with local and Group requirements.
- Monitor financial controls related to commercial policies, rebates, inventory, and operational expenditures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial procedures, and internal control standards.

Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A; roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Point.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and consolidation processes.
- Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards is a plus.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá, Colombia.
