Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Automation Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. You will build production systems on top of AI models, not train them, and work closely with engineering leadership to implement a documented automation plan.
This role requires hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph or equivalent agent frameworks, plus API integrations with OpenAI/Anthropic and solid REST/webhook knowledge. English for async collaboration with a US-based team is essential.
