Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate complex client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, product teams, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and making sure what we ship actually solves the problem it was meant to solve.
You'll work across client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role when new projects are scoped and estimated.
