Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior UI Systems Designer to own how our client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a build pipeline.
This is a senior, systems-first role supporting multiple client brands with the same rigorous approach. You will ship reusable libraries and document the system for developers and automation.
