- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quota;
- Sell Kaspersky products and services through partners to Small and Medium Business (SMB) end users within territory – inclusive of net new, renewals, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities;
- Assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers;
- Bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell and leverage partners within Kaspersky to effectively evangelize the solution;
- Forecast and execute on business goals;
- Build trust-based relationships with senior level IT and Security executives in SMB companies;
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and driving revenue in SMB segment through partners in territory;
- Accurately forecast opportunities for the territory;
- Consistently articulate Kaspersky’s value proposition to top partners and end users in the territory;
- Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction;
- Assist with design and execution of marketing programs to create interest and awareness amongst VAR community and their SMB prospects;
- Properly document all real-time sales-related activity and partner engagements.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, preferably for a Security Software vendor;
- Experience working with Resellers is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close medium and large business;
- Proven record of overachieving quota and results in a high-growth company environment;
- Experience selling security solutions, CRM platforms, software platform or SaaS solutions;
- Established reputation as a high integrity top performer;
- Strong relationships with senior level IT and security professionals.
