We are looking for a bilingual professional with a background in healthcare, pharmacy or medical equipment to represent a US-based healthcare company and support clients in the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare facilities and B2B clients with medical equipment needs.
- Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage client communication from initial inquiry through post-sale support.
- Explain medical and technical product information clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
Requirements
- Background in Pharmacy, Healthcare, medical equipment, or a related field.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or B2B account management.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or clinical equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
