We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (JS) with strong machine learning capabilities to strengthen our engineering organization. You will help create scalable digital products that solve complex challenges for a broad audience. Our team combines thoughtful collaboration, high engineering standards, and a commitment to learning in a rapidly evolving environment.

This role provides the opportunity to shape core platform capabilities and carry impactful product initiatives from discovery through launch

Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver scalable web products that unite contemporary JavaScript technologies with intelligent automation capabilities
- Work alongside product managers, UX specialists, and data professionals to define solution requirements and success measures
- Improve the efficiency, responsiveness, and usability of frontend experiences and server-side components
- Bring machine learning models and AI-powered services into production systems with appropriate security controls
- Write maintainable, well-structured, and clearly documented software in line with established engineering standards
- Create and run comprehensive test approaches spanning unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage




- Maintain and optimize build tooling and continuous integration processes to support efficient software delivery
- Support junior engineers through code feedback, knowledge sharing, and technical coaching
- Investigate and resolve sophisticated incidents affecting applications, services, and supporting infrastructure
- Contribute to architectural planning that advances engineering practices across the wider organization

Requirements

- Three or more years of software development experience, including increasing responsibility for technical delivery
- Strong command of end-to-end web development across browser-based applications and backend systems
- Deep knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning integrations, and intelligent product functionality
- Advanced JavaScript expertise for building responsive web applications and handling asynchronous workflows
- Hands-on experience with React for developing reusable UI components and managing complex client-side state
- Proven ability to use Node.js for asynchronous APIs, scalable services, and microservice-based solutions
- Experience using Python for data processing, AI service integration, or backend support tooling
- Familiarity with Java for enterprise connectivity and dependable service-layer development
- Understanding of Go for concurrent applications, performant services, and systems-oriented utilities
- Experience creating robust automated tests with Testify
- Ability to configure Webpack for asset bundling, code splitting, and application performance improvements




- Practical knowledge of Jest for testing JavaScript applications
- Experience configuring Karma to run tests across multiple browser environments
- Familiarity with Mocha for asynchronous testing and adaptable assertion workflows
- Experience using Gulp to automate build tasks, optimize assets, and manage development workflows
- Exposure to Grunt for supporting legacy automation and build configurations
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

- Participation in public AI projects or contributions to open-source machine learning communities
- Experience deploying containerized JavaScript or Python workloads through AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis for efficient application data management
- Knowledge of GraphQL for designing flexible and efficient data-querying interfaces
- Experience applying web security practices and performing vulnerability reviews
