As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be the strategic bridge between business goals and cutting edge technical solutions. You’ll partner closely with engineering teams, leadership, and customers to shape requirements, architect scalable solutions, and help drive delivery in a fast moving, evolving environment. Your expertise in uncovering business needs, translating them into clear and actionable specifications, and guiding execution will be key to delivering meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Conversational English level B2 or higher.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing business processes and application systems.
- 5+ years’ experience working with healthcare claims and/ or Payment Integrity.

- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile delivery in partnership with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, QA teams, and development teams.
- Strong background in system and data analysis across enterprise platforms and services.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical architecture concepts, including SOA, data modeling, application design, and infrastructure components.
- Experience collaborating with UX teams to influence web and mobile experiences.
- Practical knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies with hands on sprint execution experience.
- Proficiency with SQL and database query tools, experience with data mapping and transformation is highly desirable.
- Experience creating workflows, templates, and customizations for team or collaboration platforms.
- Ability to develop and interpret diagrams such as process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, and other modeling artifacts.
- Experience using AI tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and solution quality is a strong plus.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external partners to uncover business needs, translate them into clear system requirements, and guide them from concept to reality. From initial design through testing and launch, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative features that boost functionality, elevate usability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Translate business processes and functional needs into clear and structured documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, QA teams, and developers to support delivery within Agile frameworks.
- Lead and facilitate JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and define solution artifacts.
- Perform detailed system and data analysis across platform components and enterprise data sources.
- Apply strong analytical and technical skills to interpret and communicate architectural concepts (e.g., SOA, data models, web/mobile application design, infrastructure).
- Partner with UX teams to influence mobile and web user experience design.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders through clear, concise verbal and written communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Utilize SQL and other query tools to analyze data, experience with data mapping, transformation, and data movement is a plus.
- Work collaboratively across cross functional groups, facilitating productive discussions and driving alignment.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities,



maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Participate in testing activities, collaborate with QA to define, evaluate, and refine test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with product owners, business leads, and program managers using strong business acumen and problem solving skills.
- Apply project management principles and experience gained from structured project environments.
- Experience in healthcare and familiarity with mobile/web technologies is preferred.
