Our organization is hiring a Senior Automation Tester with strong JavaScript expertise. You will contribute to high-value quality initiatives in a workplace that encourages shared responsibility and thoughtful problem-solving. In this role, you will have the scope to improve automated quality systems while keeping pace with emerging technologies

Responsibilities

- Establish scalable testing structures that balance functional requirements with engineering constraints
- Partner with teams across product and technology functions to support timely, high-quality delivery
- Offer testing insight during solution architecture sessions to influence how quality is addressed from the outset
- Inspect colleagues’ test implementations and recommend refinements that strengthen code quality and maintainability
- Find the underlying causes of technical testing failures and resolve them throughout the automation workflow
- Contribute to the development of junior teammates by sharing expertise and encouraging skill growth
- Join estimation and planning activities to define testing responsibilities and help establish achievable schedules
- Keep informed about relevant technology advances and integrate useful innovations into established working methods




- Document testing standards, important decisions, and operational workflows to ensure continuity of quality practices
- Engage stakeholders to clarify intended outcomes and assess deliverables against mutually agreed expectations

Requirements

- A minimum of three years of practical professional work in automation testing, quality engineering, or a similar field
- Strong command of JavaScript for implementing and sustaining automated test coverage
- Experience applying Playwright and comparable Web UI automation technologies in JavaScript to verify frontend workflows
- Knowledge of automated testing for APIs and web services to evaluate backend behavior
- Competence with version control systems for reviewing, tracking, and maintaining test asset updates
- Deep understanding of test automation architecture for designing flexible frameworks that remain sustainable over time
- Practical use of BDD frameworks in JavaScript for expressing business-focused test scenarios
- Applied knowledge of AI concepts and tools that support more effective testing strategies
- English language ability at B2 level or above for confident professional collaboration
