Sales Administrator (Remote)

English Level: B2 – MANDATORY

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely equipment deliveries.
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from purchase order requests and order confirmations to shipping coordination and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure all billing, shipping, and special customer requirements are properly documented.
- Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, production, billing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep customers informed about order status, delivery timelines, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Follow up on customer payments, deposits, and outstanding balances, ensuring compliance with payment terms.




- Coordinate special requirements, including inspections, certifications, and import/export documentation.
- Confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role is a plus.
- Mandatory English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales processes, order fulfillment, invoicing, and logistics is desirable.
