We’re looking for an experienced Intake Specialist to connect with motor vehicle accident claimants, screen potential cases, collect information, and guide qualified individuals through signing HIPAA authorizations and a law firm’s retainer agreement.

Exceptional spoken and written English is essential. You must have extensive experience speaking with people on the phone, asking detailed questions, and accurately documenting information. Previous intake experience with a personal injury law firm or MVA lead vendor is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

- Call claimants and follow up by phone and written messages.
- Screen potential cases using our qualification criteria.
- Collect contact information, accident details, fault, injuries, treatment history, insurance information, and existing attorney representation.
- Ask follow-up questions to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
- Guide claimants through completing HIPAA authorizations and electronically signing the law firm’s retainer agreement.
- Follow up on incomplete paperwork and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build trust through clear, patient, and empathetic communication.
- Follow approved intake procedures and direct legal questions to the law firm.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistent follow-through.
- Experience using CRMs, calling software, and electronic signature tools.
- Reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

- Working for a U.S. personal injury law firm or motor vehicle accident lead generation company.
- Screening MVA claimants and documenting case information.
- Obtaining completed HIPAA authorizations and signed retainer agreements.
- Using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM.
