About the Role

At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we're looking for a Paid Search Analyst to join our global Media team.

You'll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

? Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for professionals with:

- 2+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (required)
- Microsoft Bing Ads
- Search Ads 360 (SA360)
- Google Ads Editor
- Experience building campaigns from scratch and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.

Strong knowledge of

- Keyword research and strategy
- Budget management and campaign pacing
- Performance analysis and reporting
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills.

- Manage end-to-end Paid Search campaigns across multiple search platforms.
- Develop optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and overall campaign health.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and Paid Search best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
