We're looking for an Operations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager to bring structure, efficiency, and strategic alignment to our staffing and supply operations across LATAM. If you excel at turning ambiguous, complex situations into streamlined workflows and enjoy building strong frameworks for resource and staffing management, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes within the staffing & supply function, including bench management and resource utilization strategies
- Examine complex, shifting workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions
- Create and maintain thorough process documentation to ensure consistency across teams
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth daily operations across the LATAM region
- Transform unstructured, ambiguous information into clear, actionable frameworks and strategic plans
- Guide team members on best practices for process management and operational excellence
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with broader business goals




- Identify potential bottlenecks in advance and take proactive steps to prevent them
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience working in an IT company, with a proven history of managing staffing or operational processes
- Native-level Spanish proficiency
- Fluent, advanced English skills for professional and strategic communication
- Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and convert complexity into clear, actionable processes
- Experience in organizational leadership with strong attention to detail
- Skills in managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams
- Proven ability to drive process improvements independently and with a strong sense of ownership
