LATAM Sales Manager / Country Representative

Location: Peru / Brazil / Colombia

We are expanding our business across Latin America and are looking for experienced Sales Managers / Country Representatives to lead business development in Peru, Brazil and Colombia.

We welcome professionals with strong experience in Power & Utilities, Smart Metering, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, EV Charging, Microgrids and Energy Solutions, especially those with established customer and industry networks in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for the assigned country or market;
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including utilities, power companies, energy companies, government/public-sector organizations, EPCs, system integrators, distributors and major commercial customers;
- Promote and develop business opportunities for our products and solutions, including:
- Smart Meters / Smart Metering Solutions
- Power & Electricity-related Products
- Renewable Energy Solutions
- Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
- EV Charging Stations and Charging Solutions
- Microgrid and Integrated Energy Solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer needs analysis, commercial negotiation, tendering, project follow-up and contract closing;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, partners and distribution channels;
- Identify major projects and new business opportunities and develop the local customer pipeline;
- Monitor local power and energy policies, market trends, competitors and industry developments;
- Work closely with HQ teams, including product, technical, engineering and delivery teams, to ensure successful project implementation;
- Participate in building the local sales team and channel network as the business grows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy, Business,



Marketing or a related field;
- 3+ years of B2B sales, project sales or key account management experience;
- Experience in Power & Utilities, Smart Metering, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, EV Charging, Microgrids or Energy Management is highly preferred;
- Strong understanding of the local power and energy market;
- Existing relationships with utilities, energy companies, government organizations, EPCs, system integrators or distributors are a strong advantage;
- Strong business development, negotiation, project management and customer relationship management skills;
- Ability to independently develop and manage a country or regional market;
- Strong cross-cultural communication and international business skills;
- Language requirements:
- Peru / Colombia: Fluent Spanish;
- Brazil: Fluent Portuguese;
- English or Chinese as a working language is a plus;
- Candidates who can communicate in two or more of Spanish, Portuguese, English and Chinese are highly preferred.

Preferred Background
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American power and energy market;
- Established customer or industry network in the local market;
- Experience with large-scale power, utility or renewable energy projects;
- Proven track record of developing a market from 0 to 1;
- Previous experience as a Country Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager or similar role is preferred.
