Position Overview

Find Job Latam is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience to join our fully remote team. The idóneo candidate is comfortable sourcing technology professionals across Latin America, managing candidates through an ATS, conducting initial screenings and interviews in English, and keeping a strong, organized recruitment pipeline.

This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing skills, attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and an AI-driven mindset. Experience with Manatal is preferred, although experience with other ATS platforms is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals across Latin America for opportunities with U.S. and international companies.
- Use Boolean Search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates efficiently.
- Work with an ATS to organize candidate information, manage pipelines, update candidate stages, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and initial interviews to assess technical background, communication skills, English proficiency, availability, and overall fit.
- Interview candidates in English when required.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients,



ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the process.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the Find Job Latam team to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks without compromising candidate quality or experience.
- 2 years of professional experience specifically in IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting technology professionals across Latin America or international markets.
- English level: B2+.
- Ability to conduct candidate interviews and screening conversations in English.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS. Manatal experience is preferred, but experience with other ATS platforms is also welcome.
- Strong Boolean Search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Experience conducting screening calls and initial interviews.
- Strong candidate follow-up, pipeline management, and interview coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

Location & Eligibility

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must currently reside in Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, or Nicaragua. Nationality is not a requirement; residency in one of the listed countries is what matters.
