Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer processes and support candidates throughout onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS and HR systems.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support additional recruiting and HR-related initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience,
preferably within healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices.
- Experience screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
- Experience using ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting Nurses, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Technicians, or other healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
- Experience supporting Travel Nursing recruitment.
- Previous experience within a healthcare staffing agency environment.
