Unicity is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the brand’s development in Colombia and Latin America.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to take an idea from concept to final piece. This position will work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns and content to printed materials, events, and product launches, always maintaining the brand's identity and global standards.

Responsibilities

- Design graphic assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, web, presentations, printed materials, and events.
- Adapt general campaigns and materials for the Latin American market, maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop visual concepts and explore different creative solutions based on the needs of each project.
- Create and prepare final files for digital media and print.
- Work with photography, image retouching, composition, and product mockup creation.
- Incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into the creative process to explore concepts, generate and edit images, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and other internal teams to develop materials that meet specific objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organizing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Actively participate in creative reviews and be open to receiving and applying feedback.

Requirements

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally working with brands, in-house teams, or agencies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid skills in composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience and knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to design and the creative process.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate with international teams and work with materials, briefs, and feedback in English.
- Experience designing for both digital and printed media.
- Strong skills in photo retouching and image composition.
- Ability to work within an established visual identity without losing creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take creative direction, solve visual problems, and work autonomously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work on-site at the Unicity office in Bogotá.

Nice to have

- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/video tools.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience working with international brands or adapting campaigns for different markets.
- Knowledge of print production and file preparation for printing.
- Interest or experience in photography.

About the role

This is not a position focused solely on producing assets from templates. We are looking for a designer who can think visually, propose solutions, and understand how each piece fits into a larger brand.

We are also looking for someone who naturally incorporates AI into their workflow, but who has the necessary design judgment to know what to generate, what to improve, and, above all, what not to use.

You will be working on very different projects, from a digital campaign to a product launch or the visual identity of an event. So we particularly value versatility, curiosity, and the ability to maintain a high level of execution even when there are multiple moving projects.
