About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Program & Community Content Coordinator to support daily community operations, customer communication, and content posting. This role combines virtual assistance, community support, and light social media coordination. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer and community inquiries in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
- Manage and respond to emails efficiently using Outlook
- Post job updates, announcements, and community content across platforms
- Support affiliates by answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
- Assist with daily community management, including member support and engagement
- Write and publish UGC-style posts and basic social media content
- Assist with TikTok and Instagram posting (reels, stories, carousels, and posts)




- Upload and organize content using tools such as Canva, Beacons, or Stan
- Research trending products and social media trends to support content creation
- Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership throughout the day
- Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- At least 2 years of experience working with US-based clients or companies
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Support, or Customer Service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Outlook and email management
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram
- Basic content creation skills using Canva or similar tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Reliable and consistently available during EST business hours.
