We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Bilingual Sales & Patient Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and help us connect with prospective patients, build strong relationships, and drive patient acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales Outreach

- Proactively contact prospective patients and inbound leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Follow up with potential patients to understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Nurture leads, maintain consistent communication, and identify opportunities to convert inquiries into booked consultations.
- Work toward patient acquisition and conversion targets while delivering a professional, patient-centered experience.

Patient Relationship Management

- Build trust and rapport with international patients throughout the sales journey.
- Communicate clinic services, treatment pathways, and next steps clearly and professionally, within the scope of approved information.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest and maintain engagement throughout the intake process.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversion progress in the CRM.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up to minimize missed opportunities.




- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospective lead to scheduled patient.

Patient Coordination & Administration

- Schedule consultations and coordinate patient intake appointments.
- Ensure a seamless handoff between the sales process and the clinical team.
- Support daily administrative tasks related to lead management and patient coordination.

What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, customer service, patient coordination, or a related field.
- Sales Mindset: Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, handling objections professionally, and working toward conversion goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
- Organization: Strong follow-up habits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools is a plus.
- Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia, and available to work full-time on-site.
