About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Reconciliation & Payments Implementation Specialist with approximately 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in banking, fintech, payment processing, acquiring, or financial technology companies.

The adecuado candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, investigate transaction discrepancies, and implement technology-driven solutions.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement and optimize financial reconciliation processes, payment integrations, and automated financial workflows using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.

- What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Approximately 3 years in banking, fintech, financial operations, financial analysis, payment processing, or financial reconciliation.
- Financial Reconciliation: Proven experience with bank reconciliations, transaction reconciliations, financial movements, discrepancy analysis, and identifying root causes.
- Banking & Fintech: Experience in the banking or fintech industry is strongly preferred.
- Acquiring & Payment Processing: Understanding of payment transactions, acquirers, payment gateways, settlement processes, and financial flows.
- Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency is mandatory.



Practical skills will be assessed through a technical test.
- English: C1 proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English in professional and client-facing environments.
- Valid Visa: A valid visa with at least 2 years of remaining validity is mandatory.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally according to project and client requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret financial data, and develop effective solutions.
- Client Communication: Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to HaveExperience implementing financial software, reconciliation platforms, or payment integrations.
- SQL knowledge and familiarity with database logic.
- Basic knowledge of Python or Visual Basic (VB).
- Experience in process automation and optimization.
- Previous experience in fintech companies, banking institutions, payment service providers, or technology startups.




- Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure financial reconciliation solutions using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.
- Analyze financial data, transaction flows, and reconciliation differences.
- Support integrations with payment gateways and financial systems.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation and support post-implementation stabilization.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes.

Important Requirements The following are mandatory to advance in the selection process:

- Proven experience in financial reconciliations.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
- C1 English proficiency.
- Valid visa with at least 2 years of remaining validity.
- Availability for occasional travel.

Experience in acquiring and payment processing is strongly preferred. A technical assessment will evaluate practical Excel skills, reconciliation knowledge, and financial data analysis.
