Position Overview: Manage leasing administration, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, with clear communication to residents and owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residential leasing and renewal administration.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out records and communications.
- Communicate professionally with residents and owners.
- Research unfamiliar situations, act independently where appropriate and escalate when needed.
Qualifications
- Hands-on leasing or property-management administration for US residential properties.
- Primary experience in leasing and property-management administration.
- Excellent English fluency and comprehension.
- Availability for the stated US Eastern schedule. Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- AppFolio or LeadSimple experience.
- Day-to-day property operations and issue triage experience.
