About role
We are looking Specialist Tech Consultant supports also owns the endtoend delivery of operational and Customer Experience enhancements, from technical solution design through production deployment. This role contributes to the efficient execution and adoption of technology initiatives, ensuring consistency, visibility, and operational discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Design and manage operational and Customer Experience enhancements endtoend define the technical solution design, align the testing strategy with business and technical stakeholders, lead test execution, and coordinate deployment to production, ensuring quality, stability, and business adoption.
Coordinate and organize endtoend testing activities UAT and PDR, including the structuring and maintenance of testing scenarios and test cases, alignment with business and technical teams, and consolidation of testing progress, results, and evidence.
Lead the operational evolution and adoption of project tracking tools e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, ensuring they are structured, scalable, and aligned with technology delivery needs.
Design, maintain,



and continuously improve automated dashboards and operational views focused on development progress and testing phases, improving visibility of key delivery indicators and reducing manual reporting efforts.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency B2 required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or operational roles within
technology or digital environments.
