Responsibilities

- Offer constructive peer-review feedback that improves code quality and reinforces established development practices

- Guide early-career developers by transferring knowledge and encouraging stronger technical confidence
- Participate in planning discussions to shape project scope, identify dependencies, and estimate required effort

Requirements

- No fewer than three years of practical experience in a software-focused technical capacity




- Working familiarity with AI tools and principles that can be used to improve engineering processes and solution outcomes
- Thorough command of Java Core concepts and object-oriented programming practices
- Proven experience utilizing Java 8 functionality within production development projects
- Capability to use Spring Boot for building and maintaining server-side infrastructure
- Background supporting cloud-based solutions through Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with AWS for deployment management and ongoing administration of cloud workloads
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation for dependable integration, validation, and release processes
- Proficiency in SQL for working with structured data in relational database systems
- Track record of delivering distributed solutions using microservices architecture methodology
- Applied experience implementing REST APIs and integrating external REST services
- Deep understanding of unit testing methods for maintaining robust, reliable software
- Exposure to NoSQL database technologies suitable for Java-based applications
- Fluent English at B2 level or higher
