About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal with proven experience supporting U.S.-based law firms in Litigation and Personal Injury matters. The idóneo candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong legal knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-level support to attorneys and legal teams.

This position requires advanced English communication skills and hands-on experience managing legal documentation, case preparation, client communications, and litigation support within the U.S. legal system.

Key Responsibilities

- Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation and personal injury cases.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records in legal case management systems.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
- Coordinate and track deadlines, court filings, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation activities.
- Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, insurance documentation, and related evidence.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations.
- Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
- Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements.




- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

QualificationsRequired

- 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal supporting U.S. law firms.
- Strong experience in Litigation and Personal Injury cases.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of U.S. legal procedures, court processes, and litigation workflows.
- Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and case documentation.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

- Experience working directly with U.S.-based attorneys and legal teams.
- Knowledge of e-filing systems and court procedures across U.S. jurisdictions.
- Experience with Clio, Filevine, Litify, Needles, SmartAdvocate, or similar legal platforms.
- Personal Injury pre-litigation and litigation experience.
