Duties

- Engage with customers in retail settings, providing knowledgeable product demonstrations and tailored recommendations to meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features, benefits, and technical specifications of our offerings
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding merchandise, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and checkout procedures while ensuring smooth cash handling and cashiering processes
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote product visibility
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring clarity and understanding




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Follow phone etiquette protocols when assisting remote or inbound inquiries, ensuring positive interactions at all times

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or technical explanations
- Demonstrated technical sales experience with a solid understanding of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and delivering positive experiences
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
